By car: Once you’ve completed pre-check-in, we’ll send you a permit for your vehicle that will allow you to drive up to the Alpe di Siusi and all the way to the hotel. Free parking is available by the hotel.

In winter, it is important to have winter tires; we also recommend bringing snow chains if you do not have an SUV 4X4 and filling up with winter diesel.

By public transportation: You can easily reach Bolzano by bus, train, or plane; from there, you can book a transfer to the hotel with Taxi Albert.

Once you’ve completed the pre-check-in, we’ll send you a traffic permit for your vehicle, which will allow you to drive up to the Alpe di Siusi to the hotel.

Alternatively, you can send us an email with your car type and license plate number.

The permit must be displayed in a visible location inside the car.

We are located in the heart of the Nature Park, so during your stay in summer, you may drive your car before 10:00 AM and after 5:00 PM, while in winter, before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM, except upon arrival and departure. Parking is prohibited along the entire route!

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM; for arrivals after 8:00 PM, please contact the front desk so that a cold meal can be prepared

Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Late check-out is available until 6:00 PM with access to the SPA, but is subject to availability and costs €80.00 per suite.

We offer downhill ski rental at the hotel; you can make an appointment in advance with ski instructor Gino (+39 335 839 6097).

For cross-country skiing equipment, we recommend stopping by Sport Hans in Compatsch on your way here: you’ll receive excellent advice there, and the equipment will be delivered directly to the hotel.

You cannot purchase downhill ski passes at the hotel.

Option 1: Charge your MyDolomiti Card (last year’s ski pass) 48 hours in advance on the website www.dolomitisuperski.com and receive a 5% discount.

Option 2: If you are purchasing the MyDolomiti Card for the first time, when you buy it online at www.dolomitisuperski.com, you will receive a QR code that you can use to print your ski passes at the Ticket Box in Compatsch on your way there, this is located 4 km before our hotel.

Option 3: Ski passes are available at the ticket offices in Siusi, Ortisei, and Compatsch.

Cross-country skiing tickets (daily and weekly) are sold at the hotel reception.

Sport Hans adult E-MTBs are available at the hotel. You’ll receive a 10% discount off the list price once you’ve booked your room by us. You can also reserve the bikes in advance directly on the website www.sporthans.com, they will be delivered to the hotel.

Hiking and E-MTB tours are organized Monday through Friday. You must sign up at the front desk by 6:00 PM the day before.

We have 3 rooms on the first floor reserved for dogs, available upon request, with a maximum of 1 dog per room.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the dining room, the SPA area and the lawn near the outdoor pool.

They must wear a muzzle on buses and orbits/gondolas.

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a “CAPARRA” equal to 30% of the total amount, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
