Our team of chefs is highly committed to take care of your physical well-being. They say that well begun is half done, that is why we serve a delicious breakfast in the morning with local ingredients. You can have lunch at our restaurant à la carte (the price is not included in the boarding bill) and in the afternoon you will be served homemade cakes and delicious sweets. We do work hard in the evening: our choice of menu offers five courses, an actual world of flavours that start from tradition to explore all the deep flavours of our land. A good holiday should include good food, shouldn’t it? By the way, our sommeliers have the best wines in the cellar. A toast to the Seiser Alm alpine pasture!

Tradition, innovation and zeitgeist are the terms that characterise my cuisine, in dialogue with creativity, flavours and aromas of the region.
The use of local products is part of my approach in the kitchen and gives a sense of belonging from a completely new perspective, perhaps not only in a gastronomic sense.
